ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Xperience Marketing was incorporated in June of 2002 by Vinny Lucido with the mission to provide high-level sales and marketing services to a select number of qualified Suppliers. With over 100 years combined experience in the Membership Warehouse and Supercenter Industries, our team is driven to succeed. Our core philosophy is to “dig deep” with our represented Suppliers to identify as many opportunities as possible. It is our goal to penetrate multiple Customer departments and categories and diversify product lines providing stability and security for our Suppliers and Customers.

The Xperience Marketing Team has grown to include former club buyers, former supplier associates, and other experienced and qualified sales and support personnel each with a passion to help our Suppliers succeed in a tough market.

It is our business philosophy to work with a limited number of qualified Suppliers within our specialized class of trade engaging closely in partnership to identify as many profitable items and categories as possible. We want to primarily grow within our current Supplier base and be limited and selective with new Supplier acquisitions.

  • Vinny Lucido

    PRESIDENT & CEO

    With more than 31 years’ experience in the Membership Warehouse Industry, Vinny has worked directly with Costco Wholesale, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and BJ’s Wholesale developing food items specifically for this class of trade. He has worked with high-profile consumer goods suppliers including Ruiz Food Products, Schwan’s, King’s Hawaiian, Marie Callender’s, Land O’ Lakes, Dannon Yogurt, Tropicana Beverages, and many others in his tenure in the industry before founding Xperience Marketing in 2002.

  • Tricia Cerchi-Boesch

    CFO

    With prior experience in Finance and Lending as well as an Office Management and Sales and Marketing background with Gannett Company, Inc., Tricia takes on many roles at Xperience Marketing. She coordinates a broad range of services that allows our organization to operate efficiently and oversees all human resource aspects as well. As Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer, she is directly responsible for all of XMI’s administrative and financial functions. Tricia has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2002.

  • Ryan Boston

    SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT NATIONAL SALES

    Before joining Xperience Marketing, Ryan worked for a large food manufacturer as the Director of Business Development responsible for national growth and management of large national accounts, including broker teams. As an Analyst and Sales Representative with multiple Fortune 500 companies, Ryan has a successful and consistent track record of growth. He brings six years of Wholesale Club experience, working directly with the spectrum of Costco regions, both nationally and internationally.

  • Scott Martin

    VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES MIDWEST & EAST COAST

    With over 19 years of experience working for Costco Wholesale in both Buying and Merchandising, Scott joins Xperience Marketing with a comprehensive understanding of Costco sales strategies and an extensive background in product development across multiple food categories. He credits his passion for food combined with his focus on relationship building for his continued success in the food industry. His unique skill set and experience makes him an invaluable asset to both our clients and our customers.

  • Billy Oxford

    VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

    Before joining Xperience Marketing, Billy had over 25 years of experience in grocery sales and had worked the last seven years as a National Account Manager for two major food companies. He brings extensive hands-on knowledge in account and customer relations. His key skills are cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with buyers. His experience includes working nationally with Sam’s Club as well as holding a Buyer Position at Walmart.

  • Shelby McCormick

    DIRECTOR OF SALES – SAM’S CLUB

    Shelby joins Xperience Marketing as a versatile retail sales professional with over 10+ years of sales, management, and marketing experience. Her impressive credentials extend beyond her professional achievements, as she holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, as well as a Master’s degree in Analytics from Texas A&M University, where she graduated with honors. With her passion for building lasting relationships, she brings a wealth of information in account management, customer relations, and growing successful brands.

  • Mary Jo Thompson

    SALES SUPPORT MANAGER LOGISTICS

    Mary Jo began her 30 years in the business working for a brokerage firm as a Customer Service and Sales Support Administrator in the Grocery division. Prior to Xperience Marketing, Inc., her brokerage expertise also includes Customer Service Manager for Meat and Deli, Health and Beauty Care, as well as Food Service divisions. She worked for Advantage Sales and Marketing as their National Sales Support and Mailroom Manager for the Walmart and Target merchandising teams.

  • Jeff Oakes

    SENIOR SUPPORT MANAGER NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

    Jeff has over 27 years of sales and management experience. He is a goal oriented professional with a strong background in Customer Service. He is a natural problem solver who is motivated and focused to obtain information to improve reporting on a daily basis for our clients and Customers alike. His work ethic and professionalism are exceptional. Jeff’s support to our team and his ability to successfully execute any challenge given to him is invaluable.

  • Yvonne Hamlin

    SALES SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Yvonne joins Xperience Marketing with an extensive background that includes 17 years of management, sales and operations experience with her families cutlery business as well as Executive Administrative Assistant and Accounting Administration roles with housing development and commercial property groups. Her work ethic and attention to detail has made Yvonne a perfect fit to our team. She is a graduate of Chapman University and has made her home in Tustin.

  • Elise Adelman

    PROJECT COORDINATOR

    Elise joins Xperience Marketing with over 20 years of marketing and project management experience across various industries. Elise is a solution oriented professional and excels at building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients. She is our resident Scrum Master and excels in business development, sales and strategic planning, marketing and tradeshow event management, and overseeing new product launch timelines and schedules.

    SALES ANALYST

    Brett joins Xperience Marketing from an operations background in manufacturing and inventory control. He has extensive experience supporting sales teams and supply chain management. His forward thinking, communication and time management skills are invaluable to the role he fills at Xperience. Brett’s dedication and attention to detail makes him a valuable asset to our team.

  • Amanda Hallen

    SALES SUPPORT / PROJECT COORDINATOR

    Amanda is a dynamic and motivated Project Management Leader with 3+ years’ experience in marketing organizations within the WALMART supplier community. Ability to influence a cross functional team, make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment, identify gaps and adapt to-ever changing circumstances. Successful track record with creative problem solving and organizational skills that deliver exceptional results, exceed sales goals, and drive down expenses.

    SALES ANALYST

    Introducing Chris, a seasoned professional with over two decades at Costco, excelling in diverse roles including warehouse management positions as well as inventory control and buying functions. Fueled by a passion for food and product development, Chris brings a creative touch and a deep understanding of the warehouse club business. Known for fostering strong customer service relationships, Chris is not just business-savvy, but also family-oriented, embodying a perfect blend of expertise and personal values.

Introducing Studio XMI. As we continue our journey to provide a growing spectrum of services to our clients with the objective of improving our chances of success in our tough market, we are pleased to add studio photography and videography services to our limited client portfolio. Led by photographer/videographer Gabriel Lucido, we have designed and constructed a professional studio in our corporate office in Orange County, CA with state-of-the art equipment and technology. With increasing demand for social media content, including Instacart photography, Instagram content, recipe videos, and a continue stream of new and updated web content, Studio XMI has proven to be a popular addition to our service portfolio. Our goal is to offer high quality professional production quality content at a much more reasonable cost. Our clients enjoy a comfortable studio setting during shoots allowing the creativity to flow.
