Xperience Marketing was incorporated in June of 2002 by Vinny Lucido with the mission to provide high-level sales and marketing services to a select number of qualified Suppliers. With over 100 years combined experience in the Membership Warehouse and Supercenter Industries, our team is driven to succeed. Our core philosophy is to “dig deep” with our represented Suppliers to identify as many opportunities as possible. It is our goal to penetrate multiple Customer departments and categories and diversify product lines providing stability and security for our Suppliers and Customers.
The Xperience Marketing Team has grown to include former club buyers, former supplier associates, and other experienced and qualified sales and support personnel each with a passion to help our Suppliers succeed in a tough market.

With more than 29 years in the Membership Warehouse Industry, Vinny has worked directly with Costco Wholesale, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and BJ’s Wholesale developing food items specifically for this class of trade. He has worked with high-profile consumer goods suppliers including Ruiz Food Products, Schwan’s, King’s Hawaiian, Marie Callender’s, Land O’ Lakes, Dannon Yogurt, Tropicana Beverages, and many others in his tenure in the industry before founding Xperience Marketing in 2002.
With prior experience in Finance and Lending as well as an Office Management and Sales and Marketing background with Gannett Company, Inc., Tricia takes on many roles at Xperience Marketing. She manages our locations, acts as our Human Resource Manager and serves as our Chief Financial Officer, directly responsible for a variety of Administrative and Financial functions. Tricia has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2002 and more recently has been named a Partner of our Company.
Before joining Xperience Marketing, Ryan worked for a large food manufacturer as the Director of Business Development responsible for national growth and management of large national accounts, including broker teams. As an Analyst and Sales Representative with multiple Fortune 500 companies, Ryan has a successful and consistent track record of growth. He brings six years of Wholesale Club experience, working directly with the spectrum of Costco regions, both nationally and internationally.
With over 19 years of experience working for Costco Wholesale in both Buying and Merchandising, Scott joins Xperience Marketing with a comprehensive understanding of Costco sales strategies and an extensive background in product development across multiple food categories. He credits his passion for food combined with his focus on relationship building for his continued success in the food industry. His unique skill set and experience makes him an invaluable asset to both our clients and our customers.
Before joining Xperience Marketing, Billy has 28 years of experience in grocery sales and has worked the last seven years as a National Account Manager for two major food companies. He brings extensive hands-on knowledge in account and customer relations. His key skills are cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with buyers. His experience includes working nationally with Sam’s Club as well as holding a Buyer Position at Walmart.
Katie comes from an extensive marketing, sales, and product development background where she created and managed highly perishable consumer goods for foodservice customers around the globe. Katie uses her passion and thoroughness in her role at Xperience Marketing to manage supplier relations and oversee projects from ideation to a finished product on the shelf. Her understanding of supply chain management, procurement and production operations makes Katie a valuable asset to our team.
Mary Jo began her 30 years in the business working for a brokerage firm as a Customer Service and Sales Support Administrator in the Grocery division. Prior to Xperience Marketing, Inc., her brokerage expertise also includes Customer Service Manager for Meat and Deli, Health and Beauty Care, as well as Food Service divisions. She worked for Advantage Sales and Marketing as their National Sales Support and Mailroom Manager for the Walmart and Target merchandising teams.
Misty joins Xperience Marketing with more than 18 years of experience in the industry and is very results driven. She has extensive knowledge in Sam’s Club and Walmart account management, data analysis, and developing and maintaining client business relationships. Misty’s career has always involved customer service, sales and marketing, forecasting, inventory management and promotion management. A team player who always goes above and beyond to get the job done, she excels at managing key accounts and building strong working relationships.
Trudy brings with her 29 years of Walmart experience, nearly 10 years within Walmart in the Mer- chandising Department in Replenishment and as a Modular Planner. She then crossed over to the supplier world where she began acquiring knowledge as a Retail Link and Sales Analyst specialist. Trudy uses that knowledge in her role at Xperience Marketing to extract data from the system and create extensive sales reports for our Customers to view, monitor, and build their business.
Jeff has over 27 years of sales and management experience. He is a goal oriented professional with a strong background in Customer Service. He is a natural problem solver who is motivated and focused to obtain information to improve reporting on a daily basis for our clients and Customers alike. His work ethic and professionalism are exceptional. Jeff’s support to our team and his ability to successfully execute any challenge given to him is invaluable.
